It leaves a lot of crumbs, but it tastes pretty good. There are boxes of Jiffy cornbread that you'll probably see if you run down to your local grocery store. Maybe whip up some barbeque with it because eating cornbread as a side to barbeque is the only context I've ever eaten it in.
